the THESIS STATEMENT
Traveling is a top retirement goal but often times it is unfulfilled because of deteriorating health or financial concerns. An experiential built environment can inform and inspire retirees to take a journey in which they can learn about and experience the physical, psychological, and social benefits associated with travel which will lead them to an enriched life of overall wellness.
the PROCESS
Information facilitated through an experiential built environment will inspire and motivate retirees to fulfill traveling as a retirement goal. The concept is based on the terminal, a space that every traveler must pass through regardless of if they are arriving or departing. This project was designed using sustainable solutions. It was rendered using Autocad, SketchUp, Podium, and Photoshop.
